In honor of ‘pancake day’ (next Tuesday) as we called it when I was growing up. These are British pancakes aka French crepes.

That was cute! But I was disappointed that the eggs didn’t crack themselves into the bowl…they’d seemed so independent up to that point!

This was great, Helen! So great that I made pancakes on Sunday, straight after I watched it!
The only thing missing was that he didn’t toss the pancake high while it was cooking. A pancake isn’t a pancake unless you toss it!!!
Good point, SS - he definitely should have tossed the pancake high! :) I’m glad you liked the video.
