About a week ago my children were in a piano recital (and I was too).
My son (14) was playing a piano concerto by Liszt (no 1) and my daughter (12) played a duet with me called Raccoon Rag (she was the higher part - she mostly had the tune). I was nervous I’d mess up her duet but fortunately it went ok.
I just added links to recordings of these (a video clip I took of Ben and audio recordings of both pieces made by my husband) to the sidebar of my family/personal blog.
I also just set up a music page on there with various recent video clips of my children playing piano and violin.
My son is in a band with his friends (playing keyboard) but we haven’t heard them yet. We do want to - we’ll probably stop by a rehearsal sometime (if/when he’s ok with that).
