    Pah! English spelling is easy. /:)

    That’s why you can spell “fish” as ghoti, at least according to George Bernard Shaw. Gh as in enough, o as in women and ti as in nation.

    Maybe I’ll take up German.

    Jason, is German spelling more consistent than English? (Probably since most languages are)

    I did O level German in a year but not much of it is left now.

    I did German as well briefly. I’m ashamed to say that I barely remember any of it. English borrows so heavily from so many sources that it’s hardly surprising that our spellings are so crazy. Maybe Latin would be easier…

    My dyslexic son thought that the video was hilarious.
